At DCCD, we strive to provide the highest quality speech therapy services. We understand that there may be circumstances where clients need to cancel or reschedule appointments, and we aim to handle such situations fairly and transparently.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• Cancelled Services: If you cancel a service or therapy package before it begins, you may be eligible for a full refund.
• Unused Sessions: If you have purchased a package of sessions and wish to discontinue, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for any unused sessions.
• Service Issues: If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us to discuss your concerns. Refunds for service issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Late Cancellations: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for a refund.
• No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
• Completed Sessions: Refunds will not be issued for sessions that have already been completed.
