- Cancelled Services: If you cancel a service or therapy package before it begins, you may be eligible for a full refund.
- Unused Sessions: If you have purchased a package of sessions and wish to discontinue, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for any unused sessions.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

- Late Cancellations: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for a refund.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
